Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering production software through full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on coding architect collaborating with engineering and business partners to build complex AI-enabled solutions.
• Assess business needs and design creative, data-driven architectures.
• Lead end-to-end product solutions including AI-enabled capabilities in core workflows.
• Improve developer productivity and contribute to AI-assisted tooling and processes.
• Ensure security, compliance, and development standards across projects.
• Integrate AI tools into IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, and review systems.
