Job summary

CommunityCare HMO, Inc. is seeking an Automation Engineer in Tulsa, OK to deliver end-to-end automation solutions by combining business analysis, RPA development, and AI technologies.

You will design, develop, and support secure automation solutions while partnering with business and IT stakeholders to drive measurable value. The role requires strong UiPath and .NET skills, Azure/OpenAI integrations, and experience with CI/CD, RBAC, and CoE governance in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and hands‑on RPA development, including process mapping and delivering automation solutions.
• UiPath expertise: REFramework, queues, selectors, attended/unattended robots, Orchestrator assets/queues.
• Proven experience using AI to develop and enhance automation solutions, including LLMs and OCR integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, CI/CD in Azure DevOps, and secure SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Discover, analyze and document business processes with PDs, SDDs, success criteria and SLAs.
• Design and implement automation to streamline workflows and improve scalability and reliability.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, evaluate ROI, and support CoE standards.
• Develop UiPath automations using REFramework, queues, exception handling, and API integrations.
• Configure secure deployments in UiPath Orchestrator and manage assets/credentials.
• Develop AI-enabled automation using UiPath Document Understanding, OCR, and LLMs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to measure automation performance and business value.
• Monitor production performance, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolutions.
