Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Solid SQL experience and working knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working on complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Ensure BI solutions are intuitive, efficient, and tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and automate workflows.
• Develop and refine prompts to generate accurate outputs from AI tools for analytics and reporting.
• Conduct deep data analysis to uncover trends and deliver actionable business insights.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries within relational databases.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs and present data-driven insights clearly.
• Generate impactful data narratives, including AI-assisted summaries and reports.
