Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Systems Engineer to own the delivery, model-serving, routing, and observability layer of EY’s AI-native platform across cloud, on‑prem, edge, and air‑gapped environments.

This role sits at the intersection of DevOps, MLOps, FinOps, and observability, owning CI/CD/CV pipelines, governance for AI assets, cost attribution, and full observability stacks to keep workloads shippable and transparent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD/CV pipelines and GitOps tooling.
• Experience operating inference/model-serving frameworks on GPU infrastructure.
• Strong observability skills with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo/Jaeger.
• Familiarity with model/artifact registries and cost attribution tooling.
• Experience across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped environments.

Responsibilities

• Own DevOps and delivery for AI workloads: CI/CD/CV pipelines, automated release and rollback.
• Own governance and discovery for AI assets and model metadata.
• Own resource and cost management with per-tenant attribution and quotas.
• Own the full observability stack: metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and model evaluation tooling.
• Own OpenTelemetry collection layer for reliable signal routing.
• Automate GitOps-based delivery with policy gates in pipelines.
• Drive deployment decisions and automated rollback using telemetry and cost signals.
• Ensure costs and telemetry are identity-stamped and per-tenant.
