Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking an AI Product Owner for Enterprise Data & AI to lead the strategy, evolution, and adoption of enterprise AI platforms. You will work across governance, security, and operating models to enable scalable AI solutions.

This role sits in a hybrid environment in Omaha and requires collaboration with engineering, cyber, risk, and business stakeholders. You will translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps, monitor adoption metrics, and drive responsible AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Certifications in AI, Cloud, PM, Agile, Data & Analytics, or Risk Management are a plus.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, ML, Generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience balancing innovation with governance and security.

In this role, you will:

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise AI platform capabilities, balancing business value, adoption, governance, and scalability.
• Lead AI platform initiatives that support Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies across the enterprise.
• Drive the development of scalable onboarding, governance, monitoring, and operational capabilities that enable AI adoption with confidence.
• Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to embed responsible AI principles and controls into platform services.
• Create a frictionless experience that encourages enterprise teams to adopt AI through standardized, reusable, and governed solutions.
• Define and monitor platform success metrics, including adoption, utilization, deployment velocity, and business outcomes.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable product roadmaps and platform investments.
• Help organizations establish sustainable AI operating models that support innovation while managing risk.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams on enterprise AI platform strategy and transformation.

Who You Are:

• A product-minded leader with experience owning enterprise technology, data, AI, or platform products from strategy through execution.
• Experienced in delivering enterprise-scale AI, machine learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Skilled at balancing innovation, governance, security, and user experience within complex organizations.
• Comfortable partnering with both technical teams and executive stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
• Experienced in product management disciplines including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, KPI definition, and stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledgeable in responsible AI, governance frameworks, risk management, cybersecurity, or regulatory considerations.
• Passionate about change management and driving adoption of transformative technologies.
• An exceptional communicator who can simplify complex concepts and influence across diverse audiences.
• Experience in consulting, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field required.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Cloud Technologies, Product Management, Agile, Data & Analytics, or Risk Management are a plus.
