Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operations POC for partner practices.
• Process and verify patient and practice data through Valerie’s internal systems.
• Identify discrepancies and workflow issues and resolve them swiftly.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve workflow efficiency.
• Work closely with Central Operations, Engineering, and Customer teams.
