Job summary

MESH in Baton Rouge is seeking an AI Platform Support & Operations Intern to join a hands-on role at the intersection of a creative agency and emerging technology. You’ll assist with software updates, user support, and ongoing platform improvements while gaining real-world experience in AI tool management and agency operations.

You’ll gain exposure to brand strategy, creative production, and agency culture, with mentorship from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in study in CS/IT, digital media or related field.
Strong problem-solving and patient, people-first support approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication; explain tech clearly.
Detail-oriented, capable of documenting processes clearly.
Genuine curiosity about AI and how creative teams work.

Responsibilities

Support software updates and platform maintenance for our proprietary AI tool.
Serve as first contact for internal help desk requests; troubleshoot & escalate.
Document issues, workarounds, and FAQs for an internal knowledge base.
Assist testing new features before rollout to the team.
Monitor platform performance and flag anomalies to stakeholders.
Help onboard new team members with walkthroughs and guides.
Gather user feedback and help prioritize improvements or requests.
Support general IT and operations tasks across the agency.
