Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group seeks a Platform Lead to architect its AI platform from the ground up and to lead the engineering team delivering it. The role spans architecture, security, and infrastructure with governance and standards setting across distributed systems and cloud data.

Deep expertise in multiple areas and leadership experience are required. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in software/data engineering, hands-on cloud data platform experience (Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric), and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/SE or equivalent engineering experience.
10+ years software/data engineering; 3+ years leading architecture
Experience with cloud data platforms and AI-backed apps.
Security governance and HIPAA experience preferred.
Proven track record mentoring engineers and leading teams.

Responsibilities

Define and enforce the AI platform architecture and engineering standards.
Lead and mentor engineering teams across distributed systems and cloud data.
Oversee security, governance, and access-control models, including HIPAA considerations.
Drive platform selection, cost/performance optimization, and production readiness.
Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
