Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group seeks a Platform Lead to architect Saber’s AI platform, govern data, and build an engineering team to bring it to life. The role demands broad expertise across distributed systems, cloud data architecture, AI governance, and secure engineering practices.

10+ years in software/data engineering with leadership responsibilities and experience in HIPAA-regulated healthcare environments is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the company's AI platform and govern data foundation.
• Set engineering standards and lead architecture decisions.
• Lead and mentor engineers, hire and manage performance.
