• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication to align AI, product, data science, and platform partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of tools and services that enable product teams to build AI-powered features.
• Manage datasets, prompts, and evaluations for AI workflows and systems.
• Define success criteria, select models, and create feedback loops for prompt optimization.
• Streamline AI development flows for teams with varying AI expertise.
• Collaborate with AI Core Infrastructure to ensure reliability, measurability, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with AI, Product, Data Science, and Platform leaders to build new AI tooling for common use-cases.
• Own multi-quarter roadmaps and cross-functional alignment to boost AI feature velocity.
