Job summary

Arcade AI, Inc is building the MCP runtime that lets AI agents securely operate inside enterprise systems. As a senior engineering leader, you will guide a team of distributed systems engineers and auth/identity experts, scale the platform, and ensure safety, security, and enterprise readiness.

You will work with Go, Typescript, and Python, mentor a team of highly skilled engineers, and stay technically engaged through reviews, critical-path contributions, and occasional hands-on coding.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in engineering leadership
• Experience deploying and monitoring SaaS platforms and on-prem
• Strong architectural instincts and business-aligned technical direction
• Passion for building developer tools/frameworks
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership
• Desire to apply LLMs/AI across the software lifecycle
• Strong drive to deliver impact at scale

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for deliverables, stability, and uptime of your team.
• Own the technical direction and roadmaps in partnership with Product and founders.
• Hire and mentor engineers; manage a team of 6 senior engineers and scale.
• Define and deliver next key platform features for customers.
• Ship high-impact features at scale with reliability, security, and enterprise readiness.
• Automate and streamline tooling to reduce manual work and accelerate delivery.
