Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Experience leading software engineering teams delivering AI-enabled products or platforms.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Foundation Models, LLMs, and cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global, cross-functional team of software and systems engineers responsible for the Caterpillar AI Assistant.
• Define technical vision, architecture strategy, and product roadmaps aligned with customer needs.
• Drive AI governance, CI/CD, and scalable, secure AI solution delivery across platforms.
