BairesDev is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate an Internal Developer Platform focusing on generative AI, creating golden paths and reusable blueprints that allow teams to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered services securely and efficiently.

With a strong product mindset, you will develop a self-service platform that abstracts AI infrastructure, standardizes access to LLMs, and accelerates delivery of AI features into production.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software or platform engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in AWS.
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Knowledge of platform engineering principles including golden paths and blueprints.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Advanced English proficiency.

AI Platform Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design, build, and operate an Internal Developer Platform focused on generative AI, creating golden paths and reusable blueprints that allow teams to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered services securely and efficiently. With a strong product mindset over a traditional SRE approach, you'll develop a self-service platform that abstracts away the complexity of AI infrastructure, standardizes access to LLMs, and accelerates the delivery of AI features into production. This is your opportunity to shape how an entire organization interacts with AI, including building skills for a low-code Gemini/Claude front-end that empowers non-technical users to provision infrastructure and deploy applications independently.

What You'll Do
