Job summary

Accrete is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join the AI Platform Team in New York. The role focuses on building scalable AI infrastructure, optimizing deep learning pipelines, and deploying robust ML solutions in production environments.

The ideal candidate has a PhD in CS/AI/ML or related field and strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML or related field is required.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or JAX.
• Proficiency in distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of deep learning architectures and model deployment.
• Experience with containers/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data pipelines and large-scale data processing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable AI and ML infrastructure.
• Build and maintain high-performance distributed systems for training and inference.
• Develop novel algorithms to improve AI model efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize AI research.
