• Formal software engineering training or 3+ years applied experience.
• Proficiency in Python and testing, version control, and code review.
• Experience delivering production services for data‑intensive systems.
• Hands‑on ML/LLM features deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Experience with prompt engineering and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
• Ability to design maintainable systems and balance speed, risk, and sustainability.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end platform features for AI use cases from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Build and maintain reusable services enabling teams to run LLM-powered agents at scale.
• Implement evaluation, testing, and quality measurement for LLM systems.
• Develop observability capabilities: tracing, metrics, logs, and analytics.
• Apply guardrails, access controls, and audit-friendly practices for governance.
• Collaborate with product, data, security, and risk teams to define success metrics.
• Partner across teams to ensure secure, stable, and scalable solutions.
