Job summary

MaintainX is building a dedicated team to accelerate AI-driven development for its mobile-first platform. You will own the agent infrastructure, reproducible environments, and containerized sandboxes to support autonomous coding agents across the software lifecycle.

You will integrate agents with MCP tooling, ensure observability with OpenTelemetry, and collaborate with internal customers to drive adoption and reliable AI pipelines at scale.

Qualifications

Experience building platform development or infra for dev teams.
Hands-on with AI coding tools and agent workflows.
Strong knowledge of containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven ability to ship developer tooling for internal customers.
Familiarity with MCP, tool use patterns or related frameworks.
Bonus for previous agent integration to production.

Responsibilities

Build and operate the full agent infrastructure stack and registry.
Design reproducible developer environments and identical CI/Dev setups.
Integrate agents with internal and external tooling for triggers and context.
Instrument agent runs with OpenTelemetry to produce traces.
Establish standards for tool development and configuration sharing.
Collaborate with product/platform teams to drive adoption.
