Job summary

Emerald Technologies in Salem, NH is seeking an experienced AI Specialist to build out solutions and features for our transformational AI Data Platform. This on-site role requires translating business needs into scalable AI models and applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering maintainable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in AI/DS/analytics or software engineering with hands-on Azure, TypeScript, Python, SQL, and PowerShell experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
3-6 years in AI engineering, data science, advanced analytics, or software engineering.
Experience delivering complex technology platforms, preferably involving Azure, application development, and automation solutions.
Hands-on experience with: Azure, TypeScript, Python, SQL, PowerShell.
Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

Work alongside cross-functional teams to build out solutions for the AI Data Platform.
Identify AI and modernization opportunities and integrate solutions into existing systems.
Focus on scalable solutions that are easy to maintain.
