Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to join our IT organization in our Dallas, Texas (TX) office. This is an in-office position.

In this role, you will administer and support the firm’s AI platforms, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Foundry, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Claude Enterprise. You will work with teams across the firm to build AI agents and automations, implement security and governance controls, and help employees use these technologies

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and enterprise cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience building and supporting Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate flows.
Experience administering Power Platform environments, DLP policies, security roles, and licensing.
Familiarity with Dataverse, Entra ID security groups, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Administer AI platforms including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and ChatGPT Enterprise.
Build, test, deploy, and support Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate flows with business teams.
Design and maintain Dataverse tables and data models for agents, apps, and automations.
Implement governance and security controls with Information Security, including identity and data protection.
Monitor platform usage, licensing, and adoption; provide training and stakeholder support.
