Gilead Sciences Inc. seeks a Platform Delivery Lead for Data & AI to guide the design and delivery of foundational platform products across the enterprise. You will bridge platform consumers with engineering execution, leading hybrid teams and driving architectural excellence from concept to scale.

You will shape standards, manage releases, and ensure secure, scalable services while collaborating with vendors and internal partners in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading technical delivery in an agile environment.
Hands-on, full-stack experience with platform operations and CI/CD.
Strong understanding of AWS data & AI services and Databricks.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Data and AI platform products.
Drive platform adoption metrics and SLAs for reliability.
Lead hybrid delivery teams across internal and external partners.
Manage sprint planning, backlog, and release schedules.
Shape standards for architecture, data models, and automation.
