Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience building backend systems or services.
• Strong proficiency in Python or similar languages.
• Experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and APIs.
• Experience with observability, logging, and debugging distributed workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain services and tooling to support agent deployment and lifecycle management in CI/CD.
• Develop systems for workflow coordination and state management in development and ops contexts.
• Write high-quality Python code powering platform capabilities and APIs.
• Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes with reliability and scalability.
• Enhance observability, logging, tracing, and debugging of distributed workflows.
• Improve system performance in latency, throughput, and fault tolerance.
• Create internal tools and APIs to improve developer experience.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and AI teams on production-ready solutions.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions.
