Outmarket AI is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across teams while staying hands-on with code. You will drive architecture for our AI-native platform, de-risk hard problems, and multiply the output of the engineers around you.

You will set engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, and influence how the organization builds scalable systems across AI, data, backend, and frontend.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering with cross-team leadership.
• Deep system design expertise and hands-on coding.
• Proven ability to influence beyond own work.
• Sound judgment on trade-offs and scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for AI, data, backend, and frontend systems.
• Identify and remove major risks and bottlenecks.
• Set engineering standards for design, testing, reliability, and performance.
• Mentor senior engineers and raise the technical bar.
