Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field plus 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field plus 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven conversation management across user interactions, including intent detection and context tracking.
• Set technical vision and architectural standards; drive reference architectures and roadmaps.
• Own design systems and reusable component libraries to accelerate UI delivery and enforce accessibility and performance.
