Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience supporting technology implementations, product-management, or business-analysis efforts preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills required.
• Ability to develop project documentation, status reports, and recommendations sought.
• Security eligibility (TSA experience is highly desired; DHS public trust preferred).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coordinate pilot activities across technical and functional teams, tracking milestones and risks.
• Partner with program leadership and product stakeholders to shape the AI roadmap.
• Gather and document stakeholder requirements, translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owner and dev teams.
• Identify and resolve impediments to team productivity and pilot progress.
