Job summary

Basetwo AI in Boston is seeking a Product Engineer to work closely with pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing customers. This role involves deploying AI-powered solutions within real lab-scale and GXP environments.

The successful candidate will combine engineering expertise with customer engagement to analyze process data, develop simulation models, and drive measurable improvements. Candidates should have an engineering background in pharmaceuticals, strong communication skills, and a passion for using Python for process analysis.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of engineering experience in pharmaceuticals and/or chemical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of plant, pilot, and lab-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to understand and analyze process and lab/DoE data.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Success Initiatives.
• Partner with manufacturing customers to deploy and scale Basetwo solutions.
• Analyze manufacturing and process datasets for optimization.
