Job summary

Cygnus Professionals Inc. seeks a senior AI orchestration engineer to design and operate agentic AI systems and LLM pipelines in production. You will drive enterprise integrations across Oracle ecosystems and ServiceNow via REST/SOAP, and build resilient orchestration components.

Applicants should have strong Python (primary) and/or Java/Node.js skills, plus experience with API design, messaging systems, and containerized deployments on major cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience required.
• 3+ years hands-on AI orchestration.
• Proven enterprise integrations with Oracle/ServiceNow via REST/SOAP.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Haystack or equivalent.
• Strong programming in Python (primary) and/or Java/Node.js.
• Experience with API design and messaging systems such as Kafka/RabbitMQ.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate agentic AI systems in production.
• Build integrations with Oracle and ServiceNow via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop and maintain AI orchestration pipelines and workflows.
• Ensure production reliability with observability and monitoring.
