Job Type: One-Time Contract | 2–3 Hours

Description:

We’re seeking an experienced AI or machine learning expert—familiar with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.—to help our small team (3–5 members) effectively leverage AI for content creation, copywriting, blog optimization, and brand voice alignment. As a leading fitness influencer, we're looking for automation that can observe and learn from my content—capturing my tone of voice, transcribing blogs and other written materials, and helping generate new content by listening to and interacting with me directly. This opportunity should be focused on educating and empowering our team with best practices and hands-on strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate a 2–3 hour virtual session customized to our specific use cases.
• Must be available during standard working hours in the EST time zone.
• We're open to splitting the session across multiple dates or times if needed.
• Provide practical guidance on using AI/Machine Learning for:
• Blog writing and ideation
• Social media copy and content
• Brand voice replication
• Prompt optimization and workflows
• Share tips, tools, and resources to maximize efficiency.
• Answer live questions and provide real-world examples during the session.
• Must be fluent in English, as our team operates entirely in English.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with ChatGPT or similar large language models.
• Understanding of AI prompt engineering and content optimization.
• Ability to translate complex tools into simple, actionable steps for non-technical users.
• Experience with brand or tone-of-voice training for AI is a strong plus.

Bonus:

• Previous consulting or training experience with creative or marketing teams.
