Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve business and technical problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into products and workflows.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Research emerging AI techniques and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Conduct experiments and evaluations to validate AI solutions.
• Document processes, workflows, and architectures for clarity and reproducibility.
• Design, build and operate AI/ML use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and root-cause analysis.
• Specialize in troubleshooting and operating AI-driven chatbots and conversational agents.
• Design, build and operate a digital twin to reproduce incidents, run closed-loop simulations, and validate chatbot decisioning and automation before production rollout.
