About The Role

EliseAI is looking for an AI Operations Specialist to join our New York office. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic candidate who wants to join a fast-growing tech startup. This role offers a chance to implement best practices and help refine our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated text for factual accuracy, relevance, functionality, potential bias, safety, and other relevant criteria.
• Conduct testing calls to assess quality of experience and accuracy.
• Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve bugs or performance issues, review conversations, and test new functionalities aimed at improving data annotation processes.
• Document and report bugs, defects, or inconsistencies thoroughly.
• Assist in attracting top talent to our driven team.

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately to meet daily targets.
• Positive attitude and openness to giving and receiving feedback.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work in person at our NYC headquarters five days a week.

Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000. Compensation includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Exact figures depend on experience, skills, location, and qualifications, as discussed during the interview process. Further details will be provided during hiring.
