Accenture Federal Services seeks a skilled IT operations lead to oversee a small AI Service Desk team and drive operational improvements. You will develop and refine dashboards, reports, and processes that empower service delivery and decision making across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects end-to-end, and stay ahead of AI deployment trends. A passion for continuous learning and proactive problem solving will help advance AFS’s AI initiatives.

Competenze

• Strong critical thinking and process optimization.
• Experience creating, managing, monitoring and enhancing reporting and dashboards (ServiceNow, Claude Code, or similar).
• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership and other teams.
• Experience leading a small team.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Ability to deliver work in incremental steps.

Mansioni

• Create and enhance reporting and dashboards for AI Service Desk capabilities.
• Create and manage operational processes for AI Service Desk based on outputs of dashboards and reporting.
• Lead and mentor a small team (1 direct report) while collaborating with a larger operational group.
• Work with technical teams implementing new Service Desk capabilities and stay updated on AI tech.
• Drive projects from initiation through completion and optimize workflows.
