Qualifications

• Active undergraduate student in relevant fields, graduation after internship period.
• Fluency in English with working knowledge of another Bank language (Spanish, French or Portuguese) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and deliver onboarding support.

Responsibilities

• Support AI initiatives by validating data accuracy and testing workflows.
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person onboarding networking activities.
• Provide end-to-end logistical support for onboarding events and sessions.
• Design and deliver Train the Trainer sessions for onboarding facilitators.
• Develop orientation guides and onboarding materials for the intranet.
