The AI & .NET Engineer will contribute to the implementation of the company’s strategic initiatives by developing AI-enhanced services and features that support our core platform and customers. This includes working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into actionable tasks, and collaborating with other developers to ensure high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate will be eager to take ownership of key components, contribute to technical discussions, and grow their expertise in building scalable, maintainable systems. We are looking for an individual with practical experience integrating LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks into backend and frontend systems—whether to automate QA processes, accelerate prototyping, or build intelligent features into our existing .NET and NodeJS based-products.AgencyKPI thrives by finding the right people, aligning them on the right teams, with the right tools to solve the hard customer problems which align with our Mission/Vision/Values.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
· Implement and maintain AI-centric features and processes for both internal and external stakeholders within our .NET application environment.
· Develop back-end systems primarily in .NET (5.0+), with additional support for Node.js and TypeScript as needed.
· Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to support agentic AI tools and processes.
· Develop multi-step AI agents & workflows using frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or custom orchestration.
· Assist with QA test automation using AI tooling (Playwright experience a bonus).
· Collaborate across teams, including front-end development, data engineering, and quality assurance.
· Help us be the best at what we do.
· Familiarity working with .NET 5.0+ framework (C#) and Node.js in production environments.
· Hands-on experience delivering LLM-based applications in production (chatbots, data-augmented QA, summarization, or similar).
· Knowledge of Model Context Protocol frameworks.
· Familiarity with vector databases such as Chroma, Pinecone, and Weaviate , and embedding generation.
· Experience with AWS-hosted applications and AWS Elastic Container Service/container orchestration.
