Job summary

BJAK is building a Neobank Superapp for Southeast Asia. As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll own a product vertical end to end—from strategy, outcomes and roadmap to the technical design and delivery of the systems behind it.

Qualifications

• Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end.
• Strong judgement and decisiveness under ambiguity.
• Ability to balance ambition against regulatory and operational reality.

Responsibilities

• Own a vertical end-to-end with outcomes, backlog and acceptance criteria.
• Shape technical design with engineering across boundaries and rails.
• Make hard trade-offs among correctness, speed, cost, reliability, UX.
• Treat licensing, KYC, sanctions as product inputs and gates.
• Apply AI where it adds value and define eval and human-in-the-loop rules.
• Ship features behind flags and Go-Live per partner/regulatory gates.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury and finance.
