Dell Technologies IT Development Program (ITDP) invites recent graduates to join as AI-Native Software Engineers. You will rotate across high-priority teams, partnering with engineers, data scientists, and leaders to build intelligent solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Over two years, you’ll complete two one-year rotations before placement in a final role after graduation. You’ll be matched to teams based on your skills and learning goals, contributing to modern software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, AI, or ML.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, incl. gen AI, LLMs, AI assistants, agents, prompt engineering or RAG.
• Proven ability to solve problems, communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-powered applications, assistants, agents, and intelligent workflows.
• Build scalable software solutions using cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices.
• Contribute to RAG, AI agents, and automation to improve productivity and user experience.
