Job summary

Trucker Path, Inc. is building an AI-native operating system for truck drivers and fleets. This high-intensity PM internship places you alongside AI-native Product Managers to define products across our load board, marketplace, and fleet platforms, impacting 300,000+ drivers.

You’ll gain hands-on experience shipping features end-to-end, direct mentorship from senior leaders, and a fast-track path to a full-time PM role for top performers.

Qualifications

• Future top-tier PMs with exceptional problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity.
• AI-native operators who use AI tools to move faster and think better.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to create momentum in ambiguity.
• Interest in marketplaces, logistics, or building products for real-world users.

Responsibilities

• Work on core AI product surfaces: load discovery, booking, onboarding, and marketplace integrations.
• Use AI to accelerate product development research, synthesis, specs, analysis, and iteration.
• Support growth experiments across the carrier journey (activation to retention).
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations on launches.
• Contribute to partner-driven products (fuel, parking, integrations) and marketplace expansion.
• Build lightweight prototypes, define product requirements, and ship features end-to-end.
