Job summary

Meta is seeking Product Managers who can move quickly and lead AI-native product development at scale. You will work with engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics while balancing risk and value.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in product management, AI-enabled workflows, and a strong ability to drive consensus across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in Product Management.
• Experience managing a product through the full product lifecycle.
• Experience developing and scaling AI-native strategies including evals and data strategies across teams.
• Extensive understanding in analyzing large scale, complex data sets and making effective decisions based on data.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field is preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a complex product area, defining success and strategies.
• Develop a roadmap with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers.
• Translate AI capabilities into a compelling product vision and measurable outcomes.
• Scale AI best practices and data strategies across product teams.
• Collaborate with partner functions to align goals and drive progress across multiple workstreams.
