• Experience modernizing systems toward AI-native patterns and guiding AI architectural decisions across teams.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Track record of influencing technical strategy across business units and aligning executives.
• Strong mentor capable of developing technical leaders and shaping engineering culture.
• Excellent communicator with decisive technical calls in ambiguity.
• Drives results across cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
