Job summary

Pipe17 is hiring an AI-native Junior Software Engineer to build software with AI across internal tools and customer-facing features. You will design automations, lightweight APIs, and integrations while shipping real product work, not just experiments.

You will work with Node.js/TypeScript, REST/GraphQL, and various AI tools. Expect live interview sessions and hands-on work with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools in a fast-paced SaaS setting.

Qualifications

• Strong CS background and ability to ship real AI-powered features.
• Experience building AI-powered tooling and product features.
• Familiarity with AI developer tools and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered internal tools and customer-facing features.
• Design, build, and maintain automations, APIs, CLI tools, and web utilities in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Integrate agents and AI features into real workflows using LLM APIs.
• Manage MCP / API integrations with GitHub, Jira, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.
• Collaborate with product and platform engineering to ship software.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and write clear docs for onboarding.
