Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI-driven Software Engineering Manager II to lead infrastructure-focused work for AI-native enterprise solutions. You will embed with clients as technologist and advisor, crafting agentic workflows that are robust, secure, and scalable within complex environments.

You'll architect agent systems, integrate multiple AI platforms, and drive delivery across Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD. Expect travel and leadership of technical workshops to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum of 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows).
• Minimum of 3 years with AI platforms - OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, plus open‑source models.
• Minimum of 5 years programming in Python or Java; familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic applications across domains like finance, healthcare, and retail for automated workflows.
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with clients to shape data-driven agent workflows.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Create reusable patterns and documentation to guide internal assets and client roadmaps.
