Job summary

bostoncyberx is seeking a Full Stack Developer in Boston with a hybrid/remote US arrangement. You will build client systems, APIs, data pipelines, and dashboards while also contributing to internal platforms.

You will work across the stack (TypeScript/Node, Python) on production systems, integrate AI agents, and uphold security by design with observable workflows and robust authentication. Strong communication and product sense are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years shipping production web systems across the stack (TypeScript/Node, Python, cloud)
• Fluency with LLM APIs and at least one agent framework
• Security instincts: authentication, handling sensitive data, threat modeling
• Product judgment: focus on user goals over ticket text
• Clear written communication with teammates and clients

Responsibilities

• Ship client-facing systems end to end: APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and clean front ends
• Build and harden agentic workflows in production, with observability, evals, and guardrails
• Work AI-natively: drive coding agents, review their output critically
• Implement security by design: authentication, secrets, least privilege, audit trails from day one
• Contribute to internal platforms, accelerators, and the tooling behind our assessments
