Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior AI Architect to own the architecture for AI-native foundations in enterprise engagements in the US. You will be the design authority and primary technical contact for the client’s architecture group, guiding an engineering team to deliver robust AI systems.

As you progress, you will influence methodologies, reference patterns (Agent Framework Design, Multi-Model Orchestration, AI Guardrail Design), and productization while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years building enterprise systems with 1–2 years in AI/LLM production.
• 2 years designing AI-native or AI-adjacent architectures (event-driven, distributed).
• 3 years leading an engineering team with AI development experience.
• 1 year translating AI capabilities into business value for executives.
• 4 years in agile engineering or consulting teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Own architecture for a single engagement: design authority on AI-native foundation.
• Lead the engineering team that builds the AI solution and be the technical client contact.
• Progress to broader portfolios: shape methodology, reference patterns, and productization.
