Accenture is seeking a senior architecture leader to own the AI-native foundation for engagements, act as design authority, and lead the engineering team that builds it.

As you progress, you will hold design authority across a portfolio of engagements, shaping methodology and reference patterns such as Agent Framework Design and Multi-Model Orchestration. Travel may be required up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years hands‑on experience building enterprise systems, with at least 1–2 years working with AI/LLM systems in production or production‑like contexts.
• Minimum of 2 years designing AI‑native or AI‑adjacent architectures — event‑driven, distributed, or data‑intensive systems count.
• Minimum of 3 years leading an engineering team, including at least 1 year managing the unique challenges of AI development.
• Minimum of 1 year translating between AI capabilities and business value for executive audiences.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in agile engineering or consulting teams.
• AI‑adjacent experience counts toward the bars above: strong credentials in the neighboring discipline combined with 1–2 years of hands‑on LLM work is exactly the profile we grow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).

Responsabilidades

• Own the architecture for a single engagement at Manager grade: design authority on the AI‑native foundation and primary technical contact for the client's architecture group.
• Lead the engineering team that builds the AI‑native solution and guide the portfolio's design authority across engagements.
• Help shape the methodology, reference patterns (Agent Framework Design, Multi‑Model Orchestration, AI Guardrail Design), productization, and evolving architectural perspective.
• Travel may be required for this role, with travel amount varying 0–100% depending on business need and client requirements.
