Archer seeks an AI Native Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI workflows for enterprise environments. You will embed with client teams, translate business needs into scalable AI agents, and ensure robust, secure operations across complex infrastructure.

You will build cloud-native solutions, orchestrate tool invocations, and integrate AI providers to create end-to-end agentic platforms that scale globally.

Qualifications

• Experience building cloud-native AI solutions.
• Designing and deploying agentic systems for enterprise environments.
• Experience working with AI in complex enterprise settings.

Responsabilités

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents encompassing retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
• AI Platform Integration: Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
