Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs across adherence and realism, and writing concise explanations in English that point to observed issues. Applicants from multiple regions are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate observations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or mismatches.
• Write English explanations pointing to observed issues and enhancements.
