Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos to judge adherence to prompts, and write concise explanations of what looked or sounded off.

Participants help shape AI reasoning and performance, with pay per hour and additional incentives. Apply from anywhere with international eligibility.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a nice-to-have.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly in writing.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, motion or misaligned audio.
• Write a focused explanation of what you saw or heard in English.
