Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Technical Project Manager (AI/ML) to lead complex AI/ML programs in Irving, Texas, with hybrid work options. You will own programs across hardware, software, and data pipelines, guiding design, prototyping, testing, and deployment of ML models, and advising leaders on strategy and policy.

Required: 7+ years applying AI; 5-7 years TPM in deep-tech; Bachelor's in CS/Data Science. Starting pay range: $83,520–$125,280.

Qualifications

• 7+ years applying AI to practical uses.
• 5-7 years in Technical Program Management for deep-tech AI/ML projects.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with ML-based products and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs of complex tech projects intersecting hardware, software, and regulatory constraints.
• Own programs; brief leadership and unblock teams on ML performance and data needs.
• Drive decisions to hit timelines; manage ML data and compute resource trade-offs.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership on design, prototyping, testing, and training of AI/ML solutions.
• Advise leaders on AI/ML technology, strategy, and policy.
• Navigate ambiguity; present options with clear POV on ML readiness and metrics.
• Influence teams through soft power and accountability in ML domains.
• Mentor TPMs on ML-centric program management.
