Job summary

Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. seeks a Systems Engineer to contribute to the design, development, testing, analysis, integration, and implementation of complex AI/ML systems.

This role supports the NSWCDD Intelligent Automation Division (H60) for the US Navy, DoW, and interagency partners working at the intersection of autonomy, AI, robotics, and unmanned systems. The position focuses on expanding Navy capabilities through Large Language Model problem solving and machine learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field required.
• Experience in systems engineering for AI/ML and complex test environments.
• Ability to obtain or hold a US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, test, evaluation, and systems support to Test Leads, Program Managers, and project teams.
• Develop, review, and maintain program artifacts including requirements traceability and test plans/reports.
• Manage and standardize documentation; deliver reports and briefs to internal/external stakeholders; review test materials and reports.
• Apply QA expertise to program documentation and test plan development and standardization of processes.
• Train new and junior personnel to learn required skills.
• Attend planning meetings and working groups for program support.
• Monitor and update project databases and test management tools.
• Conduct research, analysis, and development of test procedures per MIL-STD TDs and program docs.
• Provide weekly updates to the Program Manager.
