Job summary

DANE, LLC is seeking a System Analyst to join the Data Management team. The role focuses on building ML models, AI solutions, and data pipelines, while translating stakeholder requirements into actionable plans and developing Power BI visualizations.

Ideal candidates will have a strong data science foundation, ML framework experience, and familiarity with the Azure environment, plus collaboration with Information and Business Analytics teams. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of AI/ML development including model design, training and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with Azure (Azure ML workspace, App Services) and GitHub.
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of security best practices and ability to work in fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimize ML models and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with experts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and deploy models in production.
• Monitor model performance and reliability.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI paginated reports.
• Assist in configuring and managing data connections.
• Write clean, documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Stay current with AI/ML research and apply relevant findings.
