Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Solutions Engineer I in Charlotte, NC to design, build, and support advanced AI and ML solutions driving business value. You will collaborate with data teams and stakeholders to translate complex problems into scalable technical implementations.

The role emphasizes production-minded AI/ML development, data prep, model validation, and ongoing solution monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4 years).
• 5 to 7 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML and data solutions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement AI, ML, automation, and analytics solutions that address complex business needs.
• Evaluate feasibility, define solution approaches, and develop prototypes or production-ready components for innovative use cases.
• Prepare, test, and validate data, models, logic, and solution components to ensure quality and reliability.
• Partner with Data Solutions Leads, stakeholders, and technical teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Monitor, maintain, and document deployed AI/ML or automation solutions to sustain value.
• Other duties as assigned.
