Job summary

Apexon is seeking an AI/ML Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI on AWS. Translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures, designs, and production-ready implementations.

You'll lead discovery, architecture reviews, and hands-on prototyping in Python, collaborating with stakeholders across security, engineering, and BI to ensure compliant, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of AI/ML architecture and AWS experience.
• Hands-on development with Python and GenAI/LLM implementations.
• Experience with agent frameworks and enterprise AI in Healthcare & Life Sciences.
• Ability to design high-level and low-level architectures and production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML discovery, solutioning, architecture, and technical design.
• Design GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, and ML solutions using AWS services.
• Develop HLDs, LLDs, technical design documents, and reference architectures.
• Hands-on development and prototyping using Python.
• Work with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Step Functions, Lambda, S3, OpenSearch and related services.
• Define security, governance, observability, scalability, and cost optimization strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews and collaborate with engineering, business, security, and stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are production-ready and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions on AWS. The role will translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures, technical designs, and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML discovery, solutioning, architecture, and technical design.
• Design GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, and ML solutions using AWS services.
• Develop HLDs, LLDs, technical design documents, and reference architectures.
• Hands-on development and prototyping using Python.
• Work with Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Step Functions, Lambda, S3, OpenSearch and related AWS services.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as AWS Strands, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or equivalent.
• Define security, governance, observability, scalability, and cost optimization strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews and collaborate with engineering, business, security, and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are production-ready and aligned with HCLS requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Strong Python, ML, GenAI/LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI expertise.
• Strong AWS architecture and implementation experience.
• Experience with enterprise AI solutions in Healthcare & Life Sciences.
• Hands-on experience with Halo and SkyBridge is preferred.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.

Education:

Bachelor's of Science or Equivalent Studies.
