Job Description:

AI/ML Engineer Req – Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated remote AI/ML Engineer with expertise in data analysis, AI/ML principles, and software development to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will excel in designing and implementing AI/ML algorithms, understand Large Language Models (LLMs), and customize these models for specific tasks. Experience with graphs, graph algorithms, relational databases, and deep learning frameworks is advantageous. The role involves developing prototype models to validate concepts and collaborating with the team to integrate solutions that impact national security operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement data-driven AI/ML systems to solve complex problems.
2. Design and build data storage solutions and facilitate their use in analytical models.
3. Configure, support, troubleshoot, and integrate data solutions within cloud and virtual environments, including AWS.
4. Work with graphs, graph algorithms, LLMs, optimization algorithms, relational databases, and various data formats.
5. Present findings and ideas to decision-makers, customers, analysts, and stakeholders.
6. Design and troubleshoot API-driven data integrations and model deployment processes.
7. Use source control tools like Git and containerization workflows such as Docker.
8. Build infrastructure for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple sources.
9. Curate and gather data from traditional and non-traditional sources.
10. Support the integration of data solutions into cloud environments like AWS.
11. Monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy collaboratively.
12. Document all processes, models, and activities thoroughly.
13. Work effectively in a remote environment.

Required Qualifications:

1. At least four (4) years of experience in AI/ML projects, including data engineering, software development, or system integration.
2. B.S. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
3. U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
